When you use our website or sign up for a waitlist, we may collect your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide.
When you use Horizon, the app may collect travel search parameters (origin, destination, dates), swipe preferences, and itinerary data to power the matching experience. This data is stored in our Supabase database.
We collect standard web analytics automatically — pages visited, time on site, referring URL, and browser/device type — through Vercel's built-in analytics. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: operate and improve our products; respond to your inquiries; send product updates if you have opted in; and analyze how people use our site so we can make it better.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
Our products integrate with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure. Data stored in Supabase is subject to Supabase's privacy policy.
Vercel — hosting and edge network. Vercel's infrastructure powers our web deployments.
Viator — Horizon displays affiliate links to Viator experiences. Clicking a Viator link takes you to Viator's platform, which is governed by Viator's privacy policy. We may earn a commission on bookings made through those links.
These providers host, authenticate, or deliver the service. They are not given mobile numbers or messaging consent for their own marketing. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function (session state, preferences). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Horizon uses browser local storage and SharedPreferences to persist your trip parameters between sessions. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to any third-party advertising platform.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our systems within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing nicholaswittle@wisensellc.com. If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (including under GDPR or CCPA), we will honor those rights to the extent required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. SMS and Mobile Messaging
Apex (madewithapex.com), operated by WiSense LLC, can send transactional text messages to business owners, staff, and guests who opt in — order and quote updates, reminders, shift coverage, and account messages. We never send marketing or promotional SMS.
Guests opt in on the business's Apex site by entering a mobile number at checkout or on a quote request. Owners and staff opt in in the Apex app by entering a number for operational alerts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers and our texting provider (Twilio) receive the minimum needed to deliver a message you or the business initiated. That is delivery, not marketing list sharing.
